Despite the final result there were good things about this tournament. He beat Dudi Sela with ease, 6-3,6-4. It looked like he'd go out in his second match after a disastrous first set against Philipp Kohlschreiber but fought back to win 0-6, 6-2, 6-3, dropping just 3 points on his serve in the last two sets. Rafa lost a close final (3-6, 4-6) to Roger Federer. Whatever. Win or lose I would not stop supporting this incredible man. I wish I had half his tenacity and decency. Being his fan makes me strive to be a better person and it gives me an incredible amount of joy. Vamos, Rafa |
